The Cascadanza is a remarkable light fixture, based on the balance of its curved surfaces.
We have been able to achieve the lowest environmental impact by using a new and innovative material that meets all requirements and at the same time is 100% based on natural resources. The combined biobased materials are made from plants, are renewable and can be easily recycled. In contrast to paper and textiles, very little water is used and the material's carbon footprint is small. The base of the lamp is made from lime (which water companies extract from drinking water to save our dishwashers), cane waste and a biobased resin derived from biofuel waste.
